This modern bathroom renovation in Airport West was designed to maximise functionality and storage while creating a clean, open feel. The client no longer used the bathtub and wanted to make better use of the space by adding a toilet and more storage options.
To accommodate this, we removed the oversized window and replaced it with a smaller one, which allowed us to install a tall cabinet offering generous storage and a new toilet beside it. Above the toilet, we added a practical niche – perfect for storing everyday essentials and displaying décor.
The bathroom originally had two entry doors, which created an awkward layout and wasted valuable space. By closing off one of the doors, we were able to create room for an extra-wide, frameless shower – adding a sense of luxury and openness.
We selected a warm, timber-look wall-mounted vanity to bring in natural texture and enhance the feeling of space by keeping the floor area visible. Paired with a mirrored cabinet featuring integrated LED lighting, the vanity area now offers even more storage and a touch of modern elegance.
From layout optimisation to sleek finishes, this renovation transformed a dated, inefficient bathroom into a stylish and highly functional space.
